Since our partnership began, more than 600,000 schoolchildren in International Paper communities have watched the wonders of nature unfold before their eyes. Butterfly Classroom’s connection with literacy, art and science make this the foundation’s Number One requested program.”

In partnership with businesses, foundations and organizations, Inspire a Classroom helps students discover the wonder of their natural surroundings and empowers them to initiate environmentally responsible actions in school and at home.
Working through the year with one grade-level, the whole school or an entire district, Inspire a Classroom provides effective inquiry-based math, science and bilingual reading to early elementary classrooms. Our materials are teacher friendly, easy to implement and can be provided to schools for $25 per classroom.
These simple classroom projects instill values of responsibility and empowerment at an early age and inspire the children to act as engaged citizens.
